Full Site Strip Services

Before any new construction can begin, the site must be fully cleared and prepared. United Civils provides professional site strip services designed to remove surface materials, vegetation, and unwanted debris with speed and precision. Our teams work to engineering drawings and site-specific RAMS, ensuring correct depths and sequencing are followed throughout the process.

We use the appropriate plant and equipment for each site — including 360° excavators with selector grabs, dozers, and crushers where required. All materials are disposed of in accordance with Environment Agency guidelines, with soil classified and reused on-site where suitable.

Fully Qualified Teams and Waste Compliance

Demolition and clearance works are handled by fully certified staff with relevant qualifications, including:

• CPCS or NPORS plant tickets

• CSCS cards for all operatives

• SSSTS/SMSTS supervisors

• Asbestos Awareness certification

We also operate as registered waste carriers, ensuring all materials removed from site are tracked, transported, and disposed of through legal and licensed facilities. Duty of care documents are provided on request, and we prioritise recycling and material recovery wherever feasible.
